New England and Fall

I'm currently obsessing over everything Autumn related right now, which means our time in New England is on my mind! We were so blessed to live out there during Fall time. The foliage was so beautiful, I think everyone should take a trip out to see it in person! I know I'm already planning a (very far off) trip out again.

We moved to Manchester, New Hampshire in mid-August. Kev started his second rotation right away and I started working with an online ESL company shortly thereafter.

Kevin's first day of his second rotation.

The White Mountains were gorgeous!

Lake Winnipesaukee aka where What about Bob was set. A Drew family quote-able classic.

Ogunquit Beach, Maine - the ocean is pretty cold up there, but you can't beat those views!

We were only able to drive into Boston once during our stay, but I would definitely love to visit again!

Boston temple

I really thought Boston was the most chill east coast city we visited. I loved it here!

Doors Pond in Manchester, it was a really neat community trail where we used to jog and walk.

Apple picking! I had the most delicious Macintosh apples of my life in New Hampshire.

The foliage was so unbelievably gorgeous!

Fall vibes were so strong in October

Joseph Smith's birthplace in South Royalton Vermont. Such a pretty place to visit in the Fall.

This granite monument is 38.5 feet tall to mark the years that Joseph Smith lived. It was erected in 1905 to mark the 100th anniversary of Joseph's birth.

More fall leaves, because guess what, this was the best part about living in New England.

We went as Jim and Pam for Halloween.

And that's a wrap on our time in New Hampshire. Now that it's Autumn again, I really miss living out there. Fall really is a way of life for people in New England. We've been to a lot of places in the US (41 States to be exact), and I wouldn't repeat a trip to most places, but I would go back to the Northeast in a heartbeat.
