Take Two on our Blog

Okay guys, I tried (and then subtly gave up on) our last family blog. So here's to another go at it!

I'm going to start putting some pictures up from this past year and work my way up to current stuff and then hopefully keep this thing going for a while!

Here's a picture from our March 2016 San Diego Trip. This is my most favourite ocean view in all of SoCal, La Jolla Cove.

Torrey Pines State Park, San Diego.

At the mission in San Diego, my favourite flowers in Cal.

Matching Star Wars shirts at Disneyland. I'm still missing those annual passes.

My first eye exam from Kevin! He's the cutest optometrist I've ever had in my opinion.

August 2016:
Lowkey the worst paddle boarding experience... the waves were so big on the Big Bear lake. We went out way too far and spent two and a half hours struggling to get back to the rental place. Yikes.

Canada trip September 2016:
My Grandma Haws and all of her kids (Joe, Dixie, Jane, Corrine, and Mike/Dad)

I always love the opportunity to take pictures with my Grandma, she's 94 turning 95 in this picture!

Here are some pictures of my sweet doggo Chance from this trip, he was getting really old and sick so he had to be put down a few days after I visited. I still miss him lots and am glad we got to know him for 13 years.

My only picture of Stephanie and I on her wedding day.. Still cute 😀

Jennifer and Jordan's wedding

December 2016:
Ward Christmas party ft. a bare faced, contacts wearing Kevin. What a treat, usually I'm the only one to see him sans glasses.

Canada Trip Christmas 2016:
My mom took us to the Calgary Tower, such a nice view of the city. Also the glass floor is legit scary. And my germaphobe-self cringed sitting where everyone stands with their dirty shoes.. But anything for the 'gram right? 😉  #Ididitsoyoucouldseethegroundoutside #itwasntworthit

A 5 generation picture! Grandma Haws, Aunt Dixie, Brad, Katie, and baby Emery.

And let's just leave it at that for now.. Next post will be from my trip to San Francisco at the end of February this year.

  1. Nice pics! I'm jealous of how much travelling and cool places you've been able to explore. It's awesome.
